Dr. Vishal Kudav is a board-certified general surgeon who specializes in bariatric and foregut surgery. Dr. Kudav is a native to northeast Ohio, where he completed his undergraduate and medical school studies. He then completed his general surgery residency at the University of Missouri – Columbia, followed by a minimally invasive, bariatric and robotic surgery fellowship at the University of Texas in Houston. His interests include surgical treatment of obesity, robotic surgical platforms, endoluminal procedures for weight loss, anti-reflux surgery, biliary tract disease, and abdominal wall hernias.

He has presented research at various regional and national conferences and continues to maintain active membership in these organizations to promote safe and effective surgical care for his patients.
